Had a great evening at the Deck.All the staff were brilliant,nothing was too much trouble.Food was excellent, mussels starter was superb as was the main course.Priced competitively and we’ll worth a visit

We loved the feel of the place however, we felt the food especially the lobster was massively overpriced at £30 for a tiny basket of chips and small salad with the lobster, chips cost pennies to make some restaurants do unlimited chips which is fab. The mussels were lovely and Camembert was also lovely. The pan roasted cod however had very little flavour in the broth and had mussels that could not be eaten as they were closed, which is annoying when your paying a lot of money, also when you have 4 mussels on your plate you would like all of them to be edible. The staff were so friendly and attentive, just for us it fell short on the price and quality of food, £8 for a dessert is incredibly expensive. I did also book to sit in the outside terrace but when we arrived there was a large table on the terrace so we got put inside which was a little disappointing. When we arrived at the car park we paid for 2 hours worth of parking, then we got upstairs to find that it was 3 hours complimentary parking which again was annoying as I couldn’t see any signs anywhere that you give free parking. A few tweaks here and there it would of been perfect, unfortunately we won’t be returning due to the price and quality of food as we felt very robbed for what we received. I’m not normally a moaner however what you guys have is something good, and I would rather say so you can improve.

Really enjoyed our lunch at the Deck. Food was lovely, fresh and delicious and would certainly recommend.
