Very disappointing.Due to lack of personnel the service was very slow.We ate our main course, waited 45mins for a waiter ,who did not arrive,so we settled the bill and left. Not a good experience for my wife’s birthday treat.

Our experience at The Hayloft was wonderful. We were very impressed by their accommodation of vegan diners and preparing a delicious and satisfying off menu main meal. Highly recommended for both vegans and non vegans alike!

Hi I took my sister to the Hayloft for the 1st time after raving about it for 5years. It was 40 minutes before we had a drink and an hour before we ate! The food was good but not the usual standard. The staff were lovely but far too busy

Disappointed. For the price, expected the food to be better. The citrus salad was more like a load of shredded mushy hot meat with a few pieces if rocket mixed in with the hot meat. The Seabass was a tiny fillet with a few tasteless peppers on top and what I assume was supposed to be crispy crab was 2 small round things smaller than my thumbnail. No flavour and tiny portion for £20. The other 3 in our party had fillet steak at £28 each. They were overcooked, not seasoned, almost looked as though it was in 2 pieces as it was split, no choice of a sauce. Very expensive and poor food. The service was ok but we won't be back.

Fantastic staff and yes the place was very clean, But I would of liked two dishes of vegetables rather than one with all the veg shoved on top of all the others. But absolutely will come back
