We were so impressed with the whole experience! The service, food, and beers were all excellent! We could tell that so much care went into planning how best to keep both staff and guests safe, and that was greatly appreciated!

We were amazed at the meticulous COVID-19 safety procedures the staff followed to ensure the safety of all involved. It is plain to see Lawsons' procedures were in place for both the customer and employees. The hostess was extremely professional and had a great way of communicating the guidelines of enjoying time on the patio in a safe manner. Although our first waiter was attentive, responsive and got our order correct, we would like to suggest that someone coach him about deferring from talking about his part-time employment status with Lawsons, that he doesn't have any health benefits nor a 401 until he's offered a full-time position. (He was talking to two young ladies who were seated next to us.) He was also too forward, over confident and over-powering during our initial exposure to him which turned us right off. Then he switched to beer pick-up and Charlie joined us and he did an excellent job and was very personable and professional at the same time. In addition, the patio and surroundings were so beautiful! It was a perfect place to enjoy our afternoon. We also thought it was very ingenious to eliminate tips and ask for contributions to local charities. That simply demonstrates the backbone of a highly successful company with a heart during tough times. Lastly, but not least, the beer was SPECTACULAR and we can't wait to come again. Thank you for asking for our feedback and all your efforts to allow us the opportunity to enjoy our great products.

It would be nice if we could leave tips for the people getting everything we needed, especially during these tough times. Donations are nice and thoughtful but most prefer to pick who and what they donate too. Your team did a great job and made our day awesome. Thank you, we will be back soon!
