All the staff look after Mum and I each week when we come in, they are kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to our Friday trips to see them and catch up, oh and food is gorgeous too!

Holt is blessed with several very good cafes each different but all good. The Owl is one of the best and is always busy. The food is well cooked/baked, attractively presented and always tasty.

A really good lunch thank you. We were a little surprised to be charged more for the scone (with soup) and the cream and custard as we were not aware that these would be added without us knowing. We guess the Owl is trying to cope with additional NI and minimum wage payments? But perhaps warning people about extra costs before they are added on would maintain trust?

As I was the first person in the tearooms due to an early start, the staff were very friendly and cheerful. The food and drinks were excellent, with the meals well served and priced. I would recommend the Owl Tearooms without any hesitation.

Love it here. Staff are very friendly. Food is great- recommend the quiche and salad Coffee is good quality. Lots of vege and vegan options. This is my pit stop when travelling from Nottingham to visit family in Norfolk.

change of management evident in clear walls and refreshed decor. Glad to see familiar and friendly staff - lovely to be back.
