It is not usual to clear tables before a customer has finished eating. Also there appeared to be an over eagerness to clear individual items as soon as customer appeared to have finished using them. Eg. Pepper, sauce and cups. There was one main culprit on your staff who treated other customers in a similar manner.

This is our go to tea shop everytime we visit Holt and it never fails. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. The selection of food and cakes is amazing and always top quality. Highly recommend

Truly great food. Friendly and good service as well. Please maintain these standards!
The food and service was very good. My only complaint would be we were squashed in a table with very little room, my elbow kept hitting the wall when trying to eat, my friends chair was very wobbly and tables in the cafe are very small. There was a child near us who kept throwing its toy towards us and narrowly missing our food and drink. I have nothing against children but it was very distracting when trying to have a conversation and eat our lunch.
