We booked our table in advance of our lunch and enjoyed our food very much. Our visit was let down by the obvious fact the waitresses wanted our table back. We finished our main course and the plates were collected very quickly. We then sat for a good while before we managed to grab a lady's attention to order 2 cakes and coffee. Again the plates were rushed away and our bill was produced and our table cleared.my handbag nearly got left behind in the rush to clear our table. Nice food but our lunch was spoilt by the service!

It was our first visit to the Owl Tea Rooms and I am not sure why we haven't been before. But definitely will be going again. The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. It's a great place for breakfast but one is hard-pressed to know what to choose with so many delicious things on offer. I think the trick will be to go lots of times and eat our way down the menu! We had a lovely time thank you Jacqueline

I was given a voucher for my birthday. The afternoon tea was delicious. Beautifully served and plenty of it. We couldn't finish it and brought two boxes of cake and scones home wih us. Thank you Owl tea rooms. We will be back.
