We are very frequent ( weekly at a minimum) visitors and have been since you opened, and I have to say on Saturday we were very close to leaving and going to Mandarina. Why? Service was really and unusually poor. You weren’t busy when we arrived, but we watched two tables be seated after us and both served drinks before we’d ordered. I had to go inside to order our drinks, which is fine, but we’d been sat outside for 15 minutes watching people that had arrived after us get served. Once Josh arrived, all was back in order, but was disappointing.

Staff as usual were friendly and service great. Love Red Willow, no complaints. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on food .

Great place - well organised with staff really friendly and efficient. Good drink selection. Didn’t have any food - should have n/a option so as not to distort feedback stars.

Keep up the great work. You are 100% on COVID rules, and that’s why we’ll keep coming.
The range of beers seems to decreasing. Since lockdown these have concentrated on RWs own which is understandable but even this range seems to have decreased. RW Macclesfield is in danger of just becoming a short stop to sample familiar friends rather than a discovery destination to settle into for the evening. Bringing back a few ever changing guest beers would be welcome.
