We were served our food before our drinks, they said they were short staffed and that their boss thinks 3 people serving is enough. There were many tables outside full and many people waiting to be served ! More staff please.

Seemed to be short staffed as service was very slow, but they were very busy. The staff however were very friendly and helpful when they did finally get to us.

So nice to come back to Symondsbury Kitchen. Lovely staff, lovely coffee and lovely croissants !!! Thank you !!!
Smiling hard working staff but need more of them and better organisation. One person dedicated to preparing drinks, another clearing and cleaning then leave 3 staff to take and deliver orders and ensure tables are not left waiting to be served, cleared etc. A Pork burger arrived at the table cool and undercooked. Kitchen need yo check temperature of meat dishes before plating up to serve.
