We booked and this was confirmed via email. The whole venue was closed although the booking was confirmed. Clear breakdown in automated booking system

Restraunt phoned and cancelled our booking literally 2 minutes before we were due to arrive. Travelled an hour to be there for my wife's Birthday.

Steve the chef and the lovely waitress could not have done more to make our very special day everything that we could have wanted. We were all very pleased. Thank you Di Bryan

Booked table weeks in advance only to turn up and no-one was there,waited 15 minutes then left,poor show, no email or phone call

The chef was incredibly helpful for our diet! Perhaps a once a month special menu, we’ll advertised, might bring in ‘outside’ customers?

First visit to the Woolsack! We had a wonderful Sunday lunch. We will definitely be back to try the A la Carte menu one evening! Also very excited to try the Vine at Norton too!
Would have been courteous for The Woolsack Kitchen to have let me know that they had closed (presumably for good) after taking my booking. Tuned up and the restaurant was shut up….
