We've been to restaurant twice before and service and food were excellent but unfortunately yesterday this wasn't the case for our party of 6 people.5 people got drinks and one waited 15mins.We had to ask for our prawn crackers as they never arrived and after 45mins we got our main courses,3 were exactly what was ordered but 2 weren't right as one was only warm not hot one really dry and my daughters was totally wrong meal so she ate 15mins after us.We spent well over £100 infact almost £150 so we came out quite disappointed nothing like our previous experiences.

Super food and service every time. Food took a while but there is a lot to prepare in the PhatManFu. All delicious, as always.

just unreal!! amazing food, drinks and service
Superb food in a busy, but calm and relaxed, restaurant. Great atmosphere, given the size, and staff were super helpful.
